Last chance! Our Spring 2023 PioneerZZZ program starts TOMORROW March 20th! PioneerZZZ is a 1-week ONLINE program to work on getting those ZZZ's! If you are looking for ways and tips to improve your sleep, sign right up! PioneerZZZ starts on March 20th! Once the program starts, participants who have signed- up (link below) will receive access to the PioneerZZZ portal with information on how to improve sleep habits and access to daily logs.
Participants will commit to:
Each night choosing positive sleep practices in each area (each area will have options you can try):
Complete Daily Logs of the positive sleep practice they chose
Have the opportunity to meet with a Peer Mentor
PioneerZZZ will run through March 20th - March 25th (last daily log day!). Upon completion of PioneerZZZ, will receive a prize!*
